Our story

Built from the inside out

Move37 AI Technologies was founded by N K Anand — a business leader with 30 years of experience across BFSI, IT, and ITES, and a proven track record of building and scaling AI-driven companies. His first venture, Monocle Consulting, pioneered AI and ML-based analytics solutions for structured and unstructured data — processing close to 2 million transactions annually across clients including ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Axis Bank, Kotak Life Insurance, Aditya Birla Capital, IBM, Concentrix, and Indus Towers. Monocle was built, scaled, and exited profitably in 2021.

Move37 is NK's second act — and a more ambitious one. Where Monocle focused on analytics, Move37 goes deeper: embedding AI at the architecture level of enterprise software, building industry-specific solutions for BFSI and trade, and deploying horizontal AI products that work across sectors.

The name is deliberate. Move 37 was AlphaGo's legendary play in Game 2 of its 2016 match against Lee Sedol — a move so counterintuitive that every human expert thought it was a mistake. It turned out to be the decisive move of the match. That's the standard Move37 holds itself to: non-obvious, high-intelligence decisions that create outcomes others didn't see coming.
